Check-in was fast! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean when I got in. Location is really good for me since it was just a few minutes away from Uguisudani station. There were so many restaurants around that you can try out. The 24-hour Matsuya, a favorite go-to place for me is also near the hotel. If you like a bit of exercise, you can walk your way to Ueno Park. More delicious food there as well. The hotel also provides a lot of your daily needs like shampoo, face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Very nice. It was my second time in Cerezo and I would love to stay here again when I return.

The room we got was very spacious which is so rare in Japan. We actually had a sitting area with a couch in front of the TV. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and bathing area are separate rooms. There is a desk for working. The location is quite good and not too far a walk from the stations. It is actually in the middle of 2 stations. We loved to walk and we could walk to Ueno Park and see some interesting places on the way. The staff is excellent. The guy who could not speak English had a gadget translating to communicate with us. We could leave our luggage after check out.

I stayed here because it was close to Akihabara and my friends house. The place is mostly love hotels, so its really quiet. You can walk down beside the trainline with just the sound of the occasional train running down Tokyo's Yamanote line which takes you to a lot of Tokyo's popular areas. Its also easy to find and walk to from the train station. There's a good size comfortable room and the bathroom is also big for Japan. I also opted for the breakfast and I was happy with it also. I'd stay here again if I wanted to be around this location.

The hotel is a little run down but the room I stayed in was the biggest I've had in Tokyo. It's been my fourth time there, the staff is great and real helpful, conveniently located 5 minutes by foot from the Yamanote Line. You're not going to meet many western tourists up here. All in all I recommend the place and will stay there again next time. If you want a super clean facility you'd have to go choose a newer one though. And as always in Japan, speaking a little Japanese will always open doors...

Very good location close to the Yamanote Line and good amenities for the price. You occassionally hear some of the trains as they are passing by in front of the hotel, but it is nothing that woke us up during night. Check in and out is contactless and hassle free. The breakfast was great with a different composition every day (including one fish, one chicken, two vegan, one egg and one vegetarian dish plus toppings, rice and sauces and bread, butter and jam as well as coffee, tea and orange juice.
